THE VEER SET | VACIER Creative & film direction
VEER was a fashion film and launch campaign developed for Vacier's first editorial product release, marking a shift towards a more cinematic and narrative-driven visual language for the brand.
Our challenge was to introduce the new collection while moving beyond traditional product-focused imagery — allowing the jewellery to remain central without separating it from the world and atmosphere surrounding it.
I built the direction around water as an organising principle: its movement, the way it reflects and diffuses light, and the way it slowly shapes the landscape around it. Rather than using nature simply as a backdrop, these qualities informed the cinematography itself — from the movement of the body and camera to the cold, diffused light, negative space and pacing of the film.
The result was a campaign where product and environment feel intrinsically connected, establishing a quieter, more observational approach to storytelling that would later become part of Vacier's evolving visual language.
